General Assembly 2025

|
The last general assembly of iMyoS took place at the 19 November 2025. After welcome by the iMyoS chairman - Jens Schmidt he explained the new process for voting regarding the elections of the iMyoS board. The meeting also covered updates from several committees, including Public Relations, Outreach, and Fundraising. The meeting covered updates on the GCOM conference by Raquel Marques, including the preliminary program, workshops, and registration details. Eduardo Dourado explained the current status of the scientific program. JensSchmidt provided an overview of the myositis governance group, highlighting the importance of collaboration among networks.

New iMyoS Board
|
|
At iMyos, new elections for the board are held every two years. This year, all members were able to vote for a week using an online tool.The results have now been evaluated. As the new iMyoS board the following persons were elected: Anneke van der Kooi (Chair), Didem Saygin (Vice-Chair), Jens Schmidt (Secretary) and Silke Schlüter (Treasurer).
